Responsibilities

Analyze core business drivers spanning subscribers, engagement, revenue, pricing, promotions, and product performance to support strategic decision‑making across the organization
Support business case development for growth initiatives, including new product features, promotional strategies, pricing changes, bundles, and lifecycle offers
Conduct ad‑hoc deep dives to identify performance drivers, diagnose issues, and uncover opportunities across markets, partnerships, and product changes
Synthesize findings into compelling presentations and communication materials for leadership, highlighting insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations, and present to leadership
Monitor competitive and industry trends across streaming, pricing, promotions, product innovation, and consumer behavior to contextualize internal performance
Gain exposure to multiple perspectives within SG&M through collaborative work, mentorship opportunities, and project assignments aligned with business priorities

Required

Strong analytical skills and understanding of basic financial and subscriber metrics
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to learn quickly
Ability to work well in teams, both within the group and with other business units
Maturity to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or other quantitative field
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
Fully available from Monday-Friday for the duration of the position, 40 hours per week
