Responsibilities
Technical lead role for RF product development
Develop RF device, including Power Amplifier (PA), diplexer and antennas as required
Execute verification test analysis and present results to the external customer
Support product through critical lifecycle stages including concept/feasibility, development, demonstration, and design for production
An ability to solve dynamic technical problems with minimal oversite
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline and 8 years of related experience; or a Master of Science in a STEM discipline and 6 years of related experience; or a PhD and 4 year of related experience
RF circuit design experience
Antenna design experience
Keysight Genesys and STK experience
Must have an active Top Secret clearance
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain program access
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop product designs independently, and verify those designs through prototype fabrication and testing
Design and simulation experience
RF engineering background; antenna design, noise implications, and experience with various frequency bands
Experience moving from concept to prototype and demonstration rapidly
Practical experience assembling RF circuits in a bench-test environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
