Medline Industries is seeking an ATM Lead to join their team in Redmond, Oregon. The ATM Lead will oversee the reprocessing of compression sleeves and tourniquets, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and FDA guidelines while leading a team and optimizing production processes.

Responsibilities

Assign, monitor and review progress, quality, and accuracy of work, direct efforts and provide technical guidance on more complex issues. Provide input into performance reviews and train new team members
Troubleshoot and correct a variety of issues. Monitor machine performance to optimize process and resolve problems. Provide expertise and support on complex issues
Assist in root cause analysis, identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement
Ensure high productivity and reduce production down times
Update management on issues or problems that impact achieving individual and/or team goals and offer suggestions for resolution

Required

2 years' experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
Read and write in English
Basic use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Prior experience training, leading or managing employees
