Regional Sales Manager
foreUP Golf provides industry-leading software for managing golf courses and is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue generation and customer expansion. Responsibilities
Identify, research and formalize a comprehensive territory strategy using all of the resources provided you, which include: marketing, inside lead/demand generation, channel/partner alliances
Establish and develop a strategy for creating demand within your named accounts or assigned territory
Document daily sales activities in Salesforce, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management
Master our company’s messaging and competently present our proposition to prospects
Develop your pipeline through a combination of cold calling, targeted account marketing, targeted account events, email campaigns, market sector knowledge/intelligence
Collaborate with Marketing to develop and/or execute in-territory field marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation
Up to 50% travel required, within territory, as well as to outside team functions, events, and trade shows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of validated, successful new business sales experience in a technology or SaaS industry
You are a proven solution seller with a strong track record of consistent sales over-achievement
You demonstrate different influencing styles as appropriate to a situation, while demonstrating a history of successfully building and maintaining trusting relationships with associates and customers
Experience working in a fast paced small to midsize company
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
You are persistent, despite obstacles, opposition or setbacks and you will consistently convey a sense of urgency and drive issues to closure
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative team player
Confident and self-motivated with a positive outlook and strong work ethic
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
