Administrative Assistant III - Bank
BizTek People is in search for an experienced Administrative Assistant III for their client in NYC. This role involves supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced financial services environment, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings
Coordinate domestic and international travel and handle expense reporting (Concur)
Act as a gatekeeper by screening calls and managing communications
Maintain client and business data in internal systems (e.g., CRM platforms)
Support management communications and assist with team projects
Partner with administrative colleagues and provide backup support
Oversee general office needs and support onboarding and IT coordination
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience; financial services experience preferred
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; Concur experience required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable with a positive professional attitude
