Responsibilities

Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployment

Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, or similar

Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS Native Services, and Serverless Technologies (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM))

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across development and production environments

Built security telemetry and alerting with SIEM/SOAR (Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic, Datadog, Panther, Chronicle)

Solid knowledge of network security: VPC design, routing, NAT, firewalls, WAF, egress controls, private endpoints, and service-to-service mTLS

Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software

Implement security best practices in deployment and infrastructure

Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reliability

Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and standards

High levels of engagement at the team and group levels; Desire to learn and impact outside your primary tasking

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles

Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Artifactory, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (DataDog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security principles
