Academic Program Coordinator
UNT Health Fort Worth is part of the University of North Texas System, which is dedicated to advancing pharmacy education and practice. Responsibilities
Provides support to pharmacy students between various stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners
Provides support and information to students and leadership on a variety of issues related experiential and didactic educational experiences
Ensures students are in compliance with Federal, State and Local laws, regulations, and/or accreditation standards in preparation for rotations and communicates compliance in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders
Maintains accurate and up to date documentation related to program activities, outcomes and performance
Collects data with educational technology/tools as assigned in curricular, co curricular or assessment activities
Supports and assists with the educational technologies used in the classrooms and/or on clinical rotations
Implements and monitors evaluation processes to assess program effectiveness
Prepares regular progress and dashboard reports for management and other stakeholders
Assists with the planning and execution of events and educational activities
Actively meets and establishes positive/supportive relationships with pharmacy students
Completes special projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create clear assessment reports
Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset
Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a group setting
