Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies for multiple business accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Lead daily content creation and manage monthly content calendars to align with business goals and priorities
Perform daily proactive and reactive community management across social channels
Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach
Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and updates
Own partnership programs by identifying, vetting, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with influencers and affiliates that drive brand awareness and revenue
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of professional experience in social media, community management, or influencer marketing in a consumer-facing brand
Experience developing and managing social media content calendars and working cross-functionally to bring them to life
Experience producing platform-native content, including short-form video
Proven success in scaling influencer and/or affiliate programs that drive measurable results
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality deliverables with assigned deadlines
Proficiency in analytics tools and interpreting data to inform and improve content
Comfortable operating with both creative and analytical tasks
Willingness to collaborate and support greater team/company priorities
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for pets, social media, community building, and creating engaging content
