Responsibilities

Act as the Finance Business Partner to Operations, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Quoting, HR, and executive leadership
Lead and coordinate the financial planning process for the Polymer Segment, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic planning
Own and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting, ensuring accurate month-end close, key performance metrics, and executive-ready insights
Design and implement reports for rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, and financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital)
Identify financial risks and opportunities, and proactively assess impacts through scenario and sensitivity analysis
Influence real-time decisions by reviewing margins and assessing impacts to pricing, costs, and strategic investments
Support manufacturing excellence by evaluating capital justifications, cost accounting, and operational metrics
Collaborate across teams to drive process improvements and deliver strong financial results
Create compelling executive-level analyses and presentations for both core deliverables and ad-hoc initiatives
Champion best practices and innovation to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis
Drive improvements in financial systems, tools, and data infrastructure to support scalable reporting and analysis
Contribute flexibly to additional projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve

Required

High proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
Lead organization to strategic financial results
Ability to multitask, manage time, and accept changing priorities
Work independently, strong work ethic, is self-motivated, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Must be a team player and willing to learn new skills and concepts
Ability to lead and work on cross-functional teams to support the core business, ensuring quality products are delivered on time
Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
5+ years of experience in finance or a related field
Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business
Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship and must be an eligible U.S. Person
This job operates in a professional additive manufacturing, traditional manufacturing, and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as printing equipment, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc
Hybrid work options available, subject to business needs
Regular on-site attendance is required for the majority of the time at our Irvine, Thousand Oaks, and Carlsbad facilities
Ability to travel up to 25%
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); U.S. person status is required

Preferred

Progressing roles within general manufacturing, aerospace, or additive manufacturing organizations are preferred
Private Equity experience is a plus for us, but not required
