Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap in partnership with the CTO and product team, aligning technical development with customer and market needs
Translate customer insights, competitive data, and business goals into clear product requirements and priorities
Engage with customers for beta/pilot systems, including performing all the required sales functions to close initial pilots
Drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with go-to-market goals
Serve as the bridge between technical and sales enablement teams, ensuring engineers understand market context and sales understands product capabilities
Support market intelligence analysis for supply chain software robotics products. Visit current and prospective customers and perform stakeholder interviews to assess needs. Conduct relevant secondary research as needed to support primary research efforts
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in logistics and/or warehousing, specifically product development, operations, or engineering
At least 5 years of experience (7-10 preferred) in product management, product marketing, or a hybrid role, ideally within robotics, industrial automation, or warehouse technology
Minimum BS/BA degree in Product Management (MBA preferred) or similar function
Deep understanding of robotics systems, computer vision, or automation software (hardware + software integration experience a plus)
Proven success launching and managing complex B2B technology products from concept to market
Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to make the technical feel accessible and compelling
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure success
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and can operate as a team of one while scaling a function
Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX
Preferred
7-10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a hybrid role, ideally within robotics, industrial automation, or warehouse technology
MBA preferred
