Responsibilities

Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in leading each location to achieve individual objectives, store metrics, and profit goals, while driving accomplishment of overall company goals and priorities. Manage personal and region expenses
Allocate time and resources to projects with highest impact by effectively managing competing priorities. Set clear team priorities and expectations that align with region and company objectives and strategic plans. Adapt quickly to changing business needs and enable stores to navigate newness or change successfully through providing context, guidance, and support
Deliver clear communication, adapting feedback to role and talent level. Foster development at each level through modeling key behaviors and providing constructive feedback with empathy and clarity to foster growth, build trust, improve outcomes, and drive performance and results. Serve as a key point of contact for associate relations concerns and support conflict resolution
Leverage industry knowledge, company tools, and business reporting to create action plans. Regularly review strategies with teams and regional business partners. Lead cross-channel collaboration with store teams and corporate partners by sharing successes and identifying opportunities that drive process improvement and execution strategies
Oversee operational efficiencies across all stores by ensuring product handling, pricing strategies, and shipment procedures are executed consistently to enhance productivity, support profitability, and minimize loss. Champion adoption and optimization of store systems and processes
Increase product turnover and profitability by ensuring the successful execution of visual and merchandising strategies. Ensure timely execution of brand merchandising standards, tailored to each store’s unique needs
Leverage regular store visits, virtual check-ins, and continuous structured support, to ensure consistent and optimized day-to-day business execution across all stores
Manage region shortage results by leading asset protection strategies and ensuring adherence to operational procedures. Ensure team compliance with loss prevention, product protection standards, safety guidelines, and security protocols
Drive HR initiatives, ensuring stores have strategic hiring, training, and retention plans. Facilitate team career development conversations to build ready-now bench of company talent
Maintain high visibility across the region through engaging, impactful store visits. Demonstrate a consistent commitment to communication that builds meaningful team connection, fosters a positive company culture, enhances understanding, and champions team engagement

Required

Ability to successfully apply analytics, experience, and judgement to make timely and effective business, people, and profitability decisions
Skills and experience to perform in the role and a commitment to continuously learn
Ability to develop others through mentorship, effective communication, and side-by-side coaching
Self-directed and able to effectively manage multiple projects from implementation to execution
Communicate with excellence
5+ years of Retail Store Management experience and a dedication to customer experience excellence
Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
Ability to regularly drive to assigned store locations including overnight stays and air transportation as needed
Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
