Responsibilities
Architect and build modern full stack applications end-to-end
Develop elegant Java backend services and high-performance APIs
Build responsive React + TypeScript user interfaces
Optimize SQL queries and work with PostgreSQL/MySQL
Integrate with data pipelines, ETL workflows, AI/LLM services
Leverage AWS cloud (EC2/ECS, S3, CloudFront, IAM)
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
Contribute to engineering culture: code reviews, standards, mentorship
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional engineering experience
Strong expertise in Java and backend service development
Hands-on experience with React + TypeScript
Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
Experience building scalable, production-grade applications
Strong fundamentals in engineering best practices
Excellent communication and willingness to collaborate
Preferred
Advanced PostgreSQL (CTEs, query optimization)
Experience with ETL, data ingestion, data engineering
AWS hands-on experience (EC2/ECS, ELB, CloudFront, IAM)
Experience with Python or Scala
Microservices architecture & distributed systems exposure
Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, agentic AI
