Marketing Manager II, Go to Market

The Marketing Manager II for the Go to Market team will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and coordinating resources to drive growth and sales for the DISH TV business.

Responsibilities
Developing, implementing and maintaining annual DISH and Sling Marketing General Market Go-To-Market Calendar, inclusive of all campaigns, offers, tests, initiatives and tactic coordination from top-of-funnel to bottom funnel
Leading Go-To-Market tactical campaigns and initiatives based on DISH Marketing 3-year strategies, acquisition targets, new product launches and offers
Working cross functionally with Marketing Centers of Excellence to launch campaigns, initiatives and offers with strategies and objectives and goals defined
Writing Business and/or initiative briefs, inclusive of background, financial analysis, launch plans, cross-functional team coordination, key meetings/approvals, performance reporting, and archiving/postmortems
Leading coordination of annual Marketing Offer strategy (cross-tactic; cross sales channels), inclusive of core pricing, technology launches, free/GWP, gift cards, partner co-marketing, competitive response, faux offers and more
Developing strategy, implementing and executing marketing cross-sell campaigns, including Wireless, Smart Home and other cross-portfolio opportunities
Coordinating resources required for executing with excellence - including business brief, business rules, disclaimers/requirements, marketing Guidelines, Marketing Fact Sheets, Review/Approval Processes
Coordinating campaign-level performance share-out across teams, channels and tactics, including KPI’s, message tests, offer testing and image testing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience
7-10 years of marketing experience
Experience across full-funnel marketing: brand, digital, direct response, and partner marketing
Ability to think strategically about both customer and market information; comfortable analyzing marketing data to see big picture
Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups including sales, Marketing Centers of Excellence (Digital, Insights, Analytics, Brand, PMO, Finance, etc) and creative agencies
Lead integrated marketing campaigns test and learn
Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team collaboration and promote enthusiasm; build trust with external and cross-functional partners
Must be results oriented and have an understanding of metrics and data, as well as the ability to infer implications and make recommendations based on key information alongside Finance and Marketing Analytics teams
Adept at telling stories via presentations, comfortable presenting to leadership
Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis, and a proven track record of communicating effectively
