Head of Sales
ALTTRAX is a leading pharmacy consulting and technology firm specializing in PBM oversight and cost-containment solutions. The Head of Sales will build and nurture relationships with brokers, consultants, and employers while driving business growth through consultative selling and strategic outreach.
Responsibilities
Prospect and engage new clients—including employers, brokers, TPAs, and health systems—via outbound outreach, networking, and industry channels
Drive revenue growth by managing and closing sales of ALTTRAX products and solutions
Develop strategic plans to maximize new sales revenue and identify target customers
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored proposals, presentations, and statements of work
Provide revenue intelligence by delivering actionable insights and maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasts
Champion the ALTTRAX model, advocating our track record of cost savings, care quality, and client success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare consulting, pharmacy benefits, PBM, or employee benefits
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with CRM and sales tracking tools
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred
Deep understanding of PBM contracts, pharmacy benefit oversight, or health plan operations
