Responsibilities
Enhance and modernize existing frontend applications using React.js
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including backend engineers, QA, UX designers, and product owners
Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components
Work with Redux and React Hooks for state management and application logic
Review, refactor, and optimize existing code to improve performance and maintainability
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Follow enterprise coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of Front-End Development experience
2–3 years of hands-on React.js experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong proficiency in React.js
Strong proficiency in Redux
Strong proficiency in React Hooks
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and modern UI development practices
Experience working in Agile / Scrum development teams
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience working at large enterprise organizations (e.g., Apple, Meta, Intuit, JPMC, Federal Reserve Bank, or similar)
Experience modernizing or refactoring legacy frontend applications
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
Note: Candidates with prior Wells Fargo experience are not preferred for this role
