Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and leave specialists
Prioritize product initiatives using data-driven decision-making and customer insights
Partner with engineering, product operations, and architecture to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to drive go-to-market readiness and product adoption
Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement
Establish clear KPIs and metrics for success and communicate progress to stakeholders
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities
Represent the voice of the customer across all product lifecycle stages
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven success managing product teams and launching complex software products
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and strong analytical mindset
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
High proficiency with product management tools and platforms
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience in B2B SaaS or HR technology
Familiarity with HR, leave of absences, benefits, or compliance domains
