National Security Director of Growth - CCMDs and Service Components
Redhorse Corporation is a solution-driven company delivering data insights and technology solutions critical to U.S. national interests. They are seeking an exceptional and experienced leader to serve as the Director of Growth for Combatant Commands and Service Components, responsible for leading growth campaigns and managing the go-to-market lifecycle for engineering services in the National Security business unit.

Responsibilities
Build trust and lasting relationships with current and future customers to identify their needs and map them to Redhorse capabilities
Evaluate opportunities for organic and new business growth, solve technical questions, work with other Redhorse technical experts to coordinate, and refine and tailor innovative solutions
Lead complex negotiations with industry partners to build teams supporting large complex procurements and capture for complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients’ requirements and buying patterns
Develop complex technical solution options and build a cost-competitive industry team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid
Provide content for and lead RFI responses, draft content for technical sections of proposals and develop white papers and marketing collateral on a variety of technical topics of relevance to Redhorse customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with at least 3 years in federal sales in the National Security space (Defense, the Military Services, the Intelligence Community, Homeland Security, or Law Enforcement agencies), to include proposal development, preparation, analysis, writing, and reviews
Experience securing large complex programs for federal customers
Demonstrated success as both an individual contributor and leader on government proposal efforts
Proven ability to drive key client communication and expectations, both internally and externally
Experience engaging clients and developing relationships at the highest levels of the federal government
Strong communication skills and ability to understand business functionality
Ability to foster positive business relationships
Experience working with office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file sharing applications
Able to work under pressure of deadlines
Able to work outside of regular business hours and travel
