Responsibilities
Faster production workflow for the development team
High quality, accurate, and efficient code across the team
A lead by example approach, growing the team by showing them your hands on ability to operate at scale
A faster overall development workflow from scoping a need to a delivered solution or feature
An expert level understanding of best practices in security and data protection
An expert level understanding of infrastructure design and ability to integrate our features across our platform to work seamlessly
An expert level understanding of both internal and external user experience across our platform, with a focus on continuous improvement of the UX, UI, latency, and overall server and database performance to maximize the experience
Qualification
Required
7+ years in a fast-paced development environment with a similar tech stack; 3+ years in DevOps or a hands-on team leader role with cloud infrastructure
Git expertise (branch protections, rulesets, automations and merge queues)
GitHub Actions or equivalent experience
LAMP: PHP/composer, Apache, MySQL; Linux fundamentals
Experience with Azure and MySQL DB upgrades, security, optimizations, and credentialing at scale
Monitoring: health checks, metrics, tracing, alerting; SLOs as release gates
Preferred
Infrastructure hardening experience
App Service or Key Vault experience
Container experience
API development experience
