Responsibilities
Own and manage a single Salesforce project end-to-end, regardless of size or complexity
Design, scope, and build new Salesforce systems and major platform features using best practices
Collaborate proactively with Project Managers and team members to understand dependencies and ensure solutions do not disrupt existing functionality
Identify, propose, and implement scalable and reusable solutions across teams
Rapidly learn and apply proven technologies and techniques to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and efficient solutions within project constraints
Develop complex Salesforce systems and integrations to address high-level business and technical challenges
Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Salesforce functional domains, including data models, integrations, and reporting
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong development experience with Apex
Strong development experience with Triggers
Strong development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong development experience with Process Builders and Flows
Strong development experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with large enterprise systems and custom applications
Solid understanding of software development best practices beyond Salesforce
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Salesforce DevOps experience using tools such as Jira
Salesforce DevOps experience using tools such as GitHub
Salesforce DevOps experience using tools such as Salesforce DX
Salesforce DevOps experience using tools such as Salesforce CLI
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
