Partnerships Development Manager- Databricks
Impetus is seeking a Partnerships Development Manager to strategically manage relationships with Hyper-Scaler technology partners like Microsoft and Snowflake. The role involves supporting the domestic enterprise sales organization and developing leads through regional partner marketing events.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Global Head of Alliances to develop and implement a strategy for expanding our cloud partnerships in your region
Work closely with partners to generate new leads and opportunities
Actively participate in prospect generation within your assigned region
Leverage executive-level relationships to enhance Impetus’s presence
Serve as a trusted advisor to Impetus' clients and partners
Work closely with assigned account managers/directors and the pre-sales engineering teams to build winning sales proposals and phenomenal relationships
Execute cloud go-to-market strategy with partners as needed
Map out their field organization for sales alignment
Leverage marketing and Partner SA to systematically enable partners’ field team members
Lead and participate in Partner/Impetus Field Events
Identifies and documents partner programs to facilitate sales and marketing investments
Qualification
Required
5-10+ years of relevant partner management and sales experience
Experience in managing System Integrators, Data Warehouse, ETL, and cloud and data alliances around the Americas
Proven results and growth in current and past roles
Ability to build phenomenal relationships that yield a mutually beneficial result
Understanding of the world of Big Data, Cloud & Analytics
Experience in partner management with Microsoft and Snowflake
