The Design Engineering Co-Op role involves supporting the design, testing, evaluation, manufacture, and procurement of trailer suspension components, primarily focusing on pneumatic, electrical, and electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities
Provide design/drafting support for new product layouts, concept generation, prototype evaluation and production releases using Creo 3
Develop Power Point presentations for project design reviews
Design test fixtures to support current and new product development
Research new technologies that can support new product development
Utilize proper GD&T drawing methods for design projects
Write Prototype Build Requests
Work in a team environment
Complete Engineering Laboratory Testing
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrolled student working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Technology
Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Previous Co-op experience or ability to work back-to-back terms is a plus
