Responsibilities
Lead production design efforts digital projects and campaigns, partnering closely with project management to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Finalize marketing creative assets in Figma, build specified sizes, and provide proofs for internal review
Utilize approved templates to develop new creative assets as needed
Identify discrepancies in creative files and ensure errors do not go into production
Maintain consistent brand identity and experience across all channels and consumer touchpoints
Prepare high-quality digital assets optimized for file size, accessibility standards, and responsive site requirements
Apply best practices for file and server management, including naming conventions, folder organization, version control, and production specifications
Build trust through proactive and thoughtful communication with peers and leadership
Qualification
Required
4+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
STRONG skills in Figma, photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Strong typography, composition, and layout skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and feedback-driven mindset
Strong time management and deadline pacing skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OS
Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications or a related field
