Responsibilities
Bring the magic! Deliver enthusiastic, passionate guest service while living the Merlin Values every day
Lead fun, engaging talks and animal interaction sessions that wow guests of all ages
Keep the aquarium sparkling clean and safe, including managing guest lines with care and positivity
Create unforgettable experiences by actively engaging guests with boundless energy and top-tier customer service
Support daily operations by running VR pods (18+), completing required screenings, and following opening/closing procedures
Qualification
Required
6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room
Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills
Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team
Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
