We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join the dynamic Business and Real Estate litigation team, where you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial.

Responsibilities
Prepare, format, and file pleadings in state and probate courts
Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings
Draft correspondence, discovery documents, and trial binders
Coordinate the service of process and filings
Maintain and organize case files (electronic and physical)
Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience
Strong knowledge of California court procedures and filing requirements
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
