Responsibilities
Partner with Marketing to stand up and execute integrated campaigns targeting specialized women-focused segments such as business owners, divorcees, widows, and professionals
Ensure campaigns align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact
Support brand engagement through events and external partnerships
Build and manage the Women and Wealth roadmap and operating plan
Convene advisors and practice leaders into collaborative groups focused on women’s needs
Align internal teams for execution and service design
Support industry engagement through conferences, attendance and speaking opportunities, summits, and partnerships (e.g., InvestHers leadership team)
Work with Head of W&W to identify and acquire women-led or women-owned firms as strategic partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial services
Demonstrated expertise in engaging and serving UHNW women and their families
Strong client service orientation with proven experience driving retention, advisor productivity, and client acquisition
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence, with comfort in public speaking and media settings
Proven ability to develop and execute national strategies that drive measurable business growth
Strong time management and organizational skills in high-energy, high-volume environments
Must be a humble, entrepreneurial, hardworking team player with a positive 'can do' attitude
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Flexibility to travel up to 30% required
