Responsibilities

Design, build, and execute document migration processes from Filenet and other legacy systems into Microsoft SharePoint
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline ingestion, metadata mapping, and content lifecycle management
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to validate requirements, resolve data anomalies, and ensure smooth migration execution
Perform system testing, quality checks, and validation to ensure data integrity and successful transfer across platforms
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-migration support related to SharePoint structure, permissions, and automation solutions

Required

3+ years of experience in document/content management systems, including hands-on experience with Filenet migrations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online architecture, libraries, permissions, and metadata models
Demonstrated experience building workflows and automations using Power Automate
Experience analyzing, cleansing, and transforming structured/unstructured data for large-scale migrations
Must be located in the United States and pass a required client background check which includes fingerprinting
