Responsibilities
Lead the design process for user interfaces and experiences across consumer and agent-facing platforms
Map customer journeys and design flows to enhance financial decision-making and conversion rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and compliance specialists to ensure feasibility and adherence to regulations
Design and refine chatbot experiences, focusing on user intent mapping and interaction flows
Utilize and extend existing design systems to create accessible and compliant digital solutions
Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback and performance data
Create detailed design specifications and documentation for development teams
Qualification
Required
Lead the design process for user interfaces and experiences across consumer and agent-facing platforms
Map customer journeys and design flows to enhance financial decision-making and conversion rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and compliance specialists to ensure feasibility and adherence to regulations
Design and refine chatbot experiences, focusing on user intent mapping and interaction flows
Utilize and extend existing design systems to create accessible and compliant digital solutions
Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback and performance data
Create detailed design specifications and documentation for development teams
Extensive experience with Figma and FigJam for advanced UI/UX design
Strong background in digital web design, focusing on user-centered approaches
Proficiency in designing within CMS and understanding of component-driven design systems
Ability to translate complex regulatory content into clear, user-friendly interactions
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and basic front-end development languages such as HTML and CSS
Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in design
