Responsibilities
Become a trusted advisor to external customers and deliver client projects around the strategy or implementation of robotics & intelligence solutions
Lead strategic analysis efforts on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to support customer decision-making
Develop and refine business cases, scenario plans, and models to evaluate key opportunities and investments
Translate complex data and insights into compelling executive-level presentations and planning documents
Provide ongoing project management around complex engineering and strategy engagements
Structure & lead workshops for clients
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building best practices within the strategic planning function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or related field
5+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, or business development
Experience leading projects or significant workstreams in cross-functional environments
Strong understanding of business strategy, market research, and competitive analysis
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in financial modeling and business case development
Ability to work independently and handle complex, ambiguous problems with structured thinking
Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Preferred
MBA or equivalent graduate degree
Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
