Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules
Support and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics
Perform hands-on development, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Gather and analyze requirements from business and technical stakeholders
Design and implement workflows, forms, integrations, reports, and dashboards
Support platform upgrades, new feature adoption, and ongoing enhancements
Ensure platform stability, performance, and data integrity
Partner with users and technical teams to improve processes and user experience
Develop and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and knowledge articles
Provide guidance and support to end users as needed
Stay current with new ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices
Proactively recommend improvements to platform capabilities and service delivery
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience administering and developing within ServiceNow
Strong experience across core ITSM modules
Solid understanding of ServiceNow workflows, scripting, reporting, and dashboards
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise tools and platforms
Familiarity with MS 365 services and .NET environments
Experience supporting large or complex enterprise ServiceNow implementations
