Industrial Security Analyst (Level 3) - R10220265
Northrop Grumman is a leader in technological advancements and is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to provide critical program security support for Department of Defense contracts. The successful candidate will serve in multiple security roles, ensuring compliance with security regulations and supporting personnel security clearance processing, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Serve as the Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO)
Serve as the Program Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO)
Serve as the Alternate Facility Security Officer (FSO)
Serve as an Alternate COMSEC Account Manager, to include handling software management, use of Simple Key Loaders (SKLs), VIPER secure phones, KG-175 network encryptors and other CCI equipment as required/needed
Support to Physical Security (including combination changes and administration, working with contract security team, access control, intrusion detection and conducting on-boarding for new personnel
Work as point of contact for alarms/response and works closely with the Space Park Security Control Center (SCC)
Support Business resiliency and contingency planning for the Crisis Management Team (CMT)
Support compliance of company and government Security regulations
Security updates within the Security Information Management System (SIMS) database
Access to DISS for clearance verification and visits for both DoD and SAP activities
Assist the site Industrial Security Team and programs as needed
Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 9+ Years of CPSO, CSSO, or relevant experience; Bachelors degree with 5+ Years CPSO, CSSO, or relevant experience; Masters degree with an additional 3 years of applicable work experience
Working knowledge of basic office automation tools such as Microsoft Office (365, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Working knowledge of the following standards/documents; DoD SAP manual, 32 CFR part 117, NISP, ICDs
Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion
Self-starter with minimal supervision
This position requires an active DoD TS Security Clearance with Eligibility for SCI and SAP accesses
Current Active Top Secret clearance
Preferred
Experience with government security databases: DISS, NISS, NIPR, JADE
Experience creating and managing VARs
CDSE Industrial Security Training - FSO for Possessing Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, etc
Familiarity with classified storage areas, alarm administration and accreditation actions necessary for classified area approvals
Experience completing compliance self-inspections and supporting formal customer compliance inspections
Familiarity of DD254 management, creation, and coordination for both the Program Prime contract as well as subcontracts
Experience with Physical Security requirements and knowledge of ICD-705
