Associate Account Manager
The Adcom Group is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join their Account Strategy & Management department. This role is crucial for managing daily tasks essential for executing agency projects and providing support to the team. The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for project execution, client communication, and maintaining healthy relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Manage the execution of client projects
Coordinate multiple internal resources
Document daily record of progress via project status reports
Take ownership of specific projects and tasks assigned
Assist team leadership in developing workable budgets, project plans and timelines
Prioritize assigned projects and revise plans when required
Review and analyze material relative to client needs
Ensure that time is tracked accurately against the appropriate projects
Communicate with assigned contacts daily
Establish a trusting and respectful relationship with clients
Continuously learn about our industry and client’s business
Assist with the preparation of a variety of client deliverables
Review accrued billed hours versus the estimated hours
Communicate project trends to Team Leadership
Involved in the monthly billing process
Go the extra mile to meet client needs
Communicate clearly and professionally
Qualification
Preferred
Relevant work experience 3-5 plus years in full time position preferred
Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
Understands the components of marketing communications and advertising fundamentals
Great communicator and potential to be strong leader
