Responsibilities
Administer and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) infrastructure, including Active Directory Services, DNS, Group Policy, and Sites and Services
Perform object management: creation and maintenance of Users, Groups, Computers, OUs, and Group Managed Service Accounts
Manage synchronization processes across all enterprise identity systems
Support and maintain Active Directory Trusts (forest, child, external), schema, and attributes
Implement backup and restore procedures for Active Directory objects
Administer AD Certificate Services (PKI), NTFS/share permissions, and ADFS
Support hybrid identity solutions including Microsoft Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and Office 365
Manage and support cloud identity platforms such as OKTA Universal Directory and Entra
Utilize tools like Semperis Forest Recovery, DSP, Change Auditor, and other IGA solutions
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages
Ensure operational compliance within secure environments (e.g., FedRAMP)
Qualification
Required
3+ years supporting identity services in a large, multi-forest/domain enterprise environment
Proven background in enterprise-level identity services (Active Directory, Entra, OKTA)
Experience working with multiple IT teams and organizations in a complex infrastructure landscape
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills with a constructive approach to collaboration and feedback
Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement and learning
Education: Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of a specific degree
