Provide primary care exams, diagnose, treat, prescribe
Order/interpret labs & diagnostics
Document accurately in EMR
Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff
Support multiple locations as needed
Qualification
Required
Active CA NP or PA license
DEA + BLS required
Minimum 1 year experience
NP: ANCC/AANP certified
PA: NCCPA certified
Must have valid driver's license & ability to travel between clinic sites
EMR experience (Epic preferred)
Preferred
Spanish preferred
