Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Project Leads, with full people-management responsibility
Own delivery of complex infrastructure programs spanning data centers, networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms
Partner with technical and business stakeholders (up to executive level) to align program outcomes with enterprise goals
Provide weekly executive-level reporting on program status, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization
Drive risk management, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination across infrastructure domains
Improve and scale project/program management processes, standards, and reporting
Manage vendor relationships and support operational and capital budget planning
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing large-scale technical programs or project portfolios in an enterprise environment (infrastructure strongly preferred)
5+ years managing senior stakeholder relationships, including executive-level communication
2+ years leading cross-functional project delivery teams; people leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong experience with Jira (planning & tracking) and ServiceNow (demand and resource management) desired
Deep understanding of infrastructure domains: data centers, networking (wired/wireless), firewalls, and cloud
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a high degree of accountability
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident leading in a highly visible role
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business (Project Management focus)
PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or ITIL certifications
