Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile delivery teams
Facilitate core agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams on agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
Partner with Product Owners and Business Systems Analysts to support backlog readiness and prioritization
Help teams identify, track, and remove impediments that impact delivery
Promote transparency around delivery metrics such as throughput, predictability, quality, and team health
Foster strong collaboration between technology and business stakeholders
Support teams in adhering to enterprise SDLC, risk, and compliance requirements while maintaining agile principles
Coordinate dependencies and risks across teams and stakeholders
Encourage engineering best practices including quality, automation, and sustainable delivery pace
Support release planning and delivery readiness activities
Contribute to broader agile practice improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
4–7 years of experience working on technology delivery teams in an agile environment
2–4+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SDLC practices
Experience supporting cross-functional teams including developers, BSAs, QEs, and architects
Ability to coach teams and stakeholders at varying levels of agile maturity
Experience tracking and communicating delivery metrics and risks
Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Comfort operating in a structured, regulated enterprise environment
Ability to work effectively in a fully on-site, collaborative setting
