Qualification
Required
Customer-oriented individual with excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time constraints and strict deadlines
Must be accurate, possess good attention to detail, and be proactive in pointing out potential issues
Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Open and eager to learn new softwares
Must be self-motivated, positive, and punctual
Preferred
Prior experience in a customer service role
AutoCAD experience
Prior experience understanding product specifications and mechanical blueprints
Previous HVAC industry experience
