Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components
Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
Manage project budgets and timelines
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
4 plus years of experience with AutoCAD Electrical
Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects
Preferred
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
Demonstrable ability and willingness to work in a team environment
Ability to timely escalate issues and roadblocks to engineering management
Ability to adapt and mold execution strategy as per project needs and changing priorities
Willingness and ability to travel 40%
4 plus years of hands-on material handling industry experience
