Responsibilities
Lead ISO management system initiatives supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
Develop and implement compliant processes and workflows across the organization
Partner with Quality, EHS, and technical teams to ensure system alignment
Deliver training on management system controls and compliance requirements
Document and improve business processes critical to ISO certification
Support and participate in internal and external audits
Track corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution
Establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and compliance goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience with ISO compliance, quality systems, or environmental management
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives
Preferred
ISO Lead Auditor certification
PMP or Agile certification
Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
