They are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support permanent placements on a part-time, commission-based basis. The role involves sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for permanent roles while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Source, screen, and manage candidates for permanent roles across tech, finance, and admin
Own the candidate lifecycle from outreach through offer stage
Maintain strong candidate control, communication, and follow-through
Partner closely with Cane Connects leadership on active searches
Keep accurate notes, pipelines, and status updates
Ensure a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Prior experience recruiting for tech, finance, and/or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches
Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving firm environment
Experience with permanent placements (agency or in-house)
Preferred
LinkedIn Recruiter license
