Responsibilities
Responsible for the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Registered Nurse RN)
Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
Preferred
One to three years of experience in MDS completion preferred
