Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and learning stakeholders to gather, validate, and document learning and performance requirements, success measures, and constraints
Conduct performance and learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
Design, develop, and organize curriculum and course content aligned with business priorities and operational objectives
Develop engaging digital learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, and Vyond
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution
Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to instructional design and course content standards
Apply the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model to measure learning effectiveness, learner performance, and business impact
Support the development of tools, metrics, and processes to assess curriculum effectiveness and employee skill development
Analyze learning and performance data trends and provide insights to business stakeholders
Resolve issues independently and escalate risks or blockers as appropriate
Build and apply working knowledge of business operations, systems, and processes
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Minimum 2+ years of progressive instructional design experience, including corporate or professional training environments
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering digital learning solutions
Documented experience applying the Kirkpatrick Model for learning evaluation and effectiveness measurement
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Rise 360
Advanced proficiency in Vyond
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and performance-based learning principles
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to translate business and performance requirements into effective learning solutions
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
