Responsibilities
Help ensure that our software and systems are designed and implemented to the security standards
Build and develop platform security infrastructure GDC product line
Collaborate with various sub-teams in the GDC organization via joint projects
Resolve and support customer issues
Participate in all technical aspects of development - design, implementation, unit testing, and integration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience with software development or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting
2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture
Experience in the following: Software Development, Software Implementation/Integration, Public Key Infrastructure
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Backend, Cloud APIs, Cloud Networking, Cloud Security, Distributed Systems, Infrastructure Systems, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Kubernetes, Networking, Virtual Machines
Experience in Intrusion Detection and Prevention systems, Firewalls and certificate management
Experience working in virtualized systems or with public cloud infrastructures
Experience with software engineering, algorithm design, implementation and testing
Experience with Firewall or Public Key Infrastructure
