Mechanical Engineer - Product Development Global Performance

Responsibilities
Lead tire carcass development activities for UHP product development and industrialization, from concept to release
Ensure products meet performance, quality, cost, and timing targets
Contribute construction expertise to innovative technology projects, enabling new guidelines and know-how
Support functional projects to improve tools, processes, and development standards
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to enhance product performance
Drive continuous improvement through rigorous engineering and problem-solving approaches
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Strong interest in the tire business or automotive industry
Solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and ownership
High level of rigor with a strong focus on quality and results
Preferred
First professional experience in product and/or technology development as an asset
French and/or German is a plus
Experience or exposure to CAD/CAM tools (Catia V5 preferred), with Finite Element Modeling and statistical tools as added assets
