Program Manager

Northeast Biomedical (NEB) is a medical device contract R&D and manufacturing company supporting clients from early development through clinical trials and early commercialization. They are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple client programs simultaneously and serve as the primary point of contact for important customers. Responsibilities

Manage multiple active programs across R&D, engineering, and manufacturing
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
Ensure projects are executed in alignment with NEB’s development processes and quality system
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Lead client meetings, prepare agendas, and communicate progress, risks, and assigning next steps
Build strong, trusted relationships through clear communication and reliable execution
Support scope changes, contract amendments, and program planning discussions
Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams
Facilitate internal project meetings and ensure accountability for action items
Translate client requirements into clear internal objectives and timelines
Support resource planning and prioritization across multiple programs
Track program budgets, hours, and milestones
Support invoicing, forecasting, and scope management
Assist leadership with program reporting and client status updates

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in medical devices, R&D, or regulated product development
Strong understanding of product development workflows and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with clients and executives
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office

Preferred

Experience in a contract services or consulting environment is a plus
