Law Practice
Responsibilities
Assists Marketing and Business Development leadership with various projects, including updating marketing materials and collateral, auditing marketing and business development materials, pitches, and collateral, and editing written materials as needed
Assists with TCConnect articles and social media posts
Identifies and consolidates client records in the Client Relationship Management database and merges duplicate records using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Researches and verifies client addresses and related information using the internet as appropriate
Applies general data cleansing to the Client Relationship Management database, ensuring correct formatting of phone numbers, middle names, and address components
Applies general data cleansing to the firm website, including verifying university and law school names and researching information as appropriate
Attends meetings with members of the marketing and business development team and with attorneys and practice groups
Qualification
Required
Ability to work 25-30 hours per week for approximately 10 weeks
Must possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills so as to be able to work well with employees at all levels within the organization and maintain all information in the strictest of confidence. Required to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with others
Must possess attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects and have strong time management skills
Must have ability to reason and apply common-sense understanding to situations encountered
Ability to process routine daily functions while being able to resolve sensitive issues and complex assignments utilizing above average critical thinking skills
1 year of post-secondary education required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in progress preferred
