Responsibilities
Creation and management of users, groups, computers, OUs, and service accounts
Administration of Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and Sites and Services
Support of Windows Server OS up to Windows Server 2022
Manage Active Directory trusts (forest, child, and external)
Backup and restore of AD objects; manage AD schema and attributes
Configure and maintain NTFS and share permissions
Support AD Certificate Services (PKI) and ADFS
Work with identity systems such as OKTA, Ping, Forgerock, Entra AD, and Office 365
Utilize Semperis Forest Recovery, DSP, and Change Auditor tools
Microsoft Azure AD Connect configuration and support
Develop scripts in PowerShell or other languages for automation
Qualification
Required
3+ years supporting identity services in large enterprise environments
Proven experience with Active Directory, Entra AD, OKTA, and other identity services
Experience managing multiple forests and domains
Knowledge of Privilege Identity/Access Management, AD backup and recovery, and advanced auditing
Strong understanding of Windows OS, Windows Firewall, Unix/Linux systems, and PKI/Certificate Services
Experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple IT teams
Self-motivated and confident
Provides constructive feedback
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Preferred
FedRAMP compliance experience is a plus
