Responsibilities
Lead project planning, budgeting, and customer communication
Manage project team and oversee scheduling, finances, contracts, and deliverables
Ensure timely, profitable project completion with high customer satisfaction
Supervise subcontractors, engineers, site manager, and commissioning staff
Develop and maintain milestone-based project schedules
Execute contracts as agreed
Manage scope changes and resolve contract issues
Maintain accurate financial tracking and forecasting
Organize and archive project documentation
Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders
Create and oversee commissioning and acceptance plans
Support sales during project proposal phases
Enforce safety standards throughout the project lifecycle
Travel up to 50%
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related roles
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of program management principles
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Experience in data analysis and reporting to drive program performance
Familiarity with risk management practices and issue resolution strategies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Knowledge of Industrial Automation processes and technologies
Ability to adapt to changing program requirements
