Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid Real Estate License applicable in the state of Texas
Proficiency in Real Estate knowledge, including market analysis, real property transactions, and applicable regulations
Strong Sales and negotiation skills
Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and targets
Preferred
