Responsibilities
Own and drive program execution across SoC and GPU hardware development efforts
Build and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and plans of record
Lead cross-functional meetings across global teams and multiple time zones
Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues
Troubleshoot program challenges and adjust scope, timelines, and resources as needed
Improve processes, documentation, and development efficiency
Communicate program status, risks, and progress to technical and executive stakeholders
Partner closely with ASIC design, silicon validation, hardware IP, and software teams
Track progress using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager role
Hands-on experience supporting ASIC design, silicon validation, and IP development
Strong understanding of the hardware engineering lifecycle and SoC product development
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla
Familiarity with software development workflows and source control tools (Git, Perforce)
Strong skills in project scheduling, resource planning, and reporting
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Tableau experience is a plus
Preferred
PMP certification
Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Android, or Windows
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in complex technical environments
Detail-oriented, action-driven, and comfortable leading without formal authority
