Responsibilities

Managing high-volume corporate client accounts and working directly with clients to deliver comprehensive immigration services
Preparing immigration forms and assembling supporting documentation
Drafting detailed and persuasive legal support letters and arguments
Reviewing immigration regulations and applying them to diverse case scenarios
Conducting research using government agencies and immigration research tools
Maintaining accurate case records and entering data into the firm’s case management system
Prioritizing workload, meeting deadlines, and problem-solving in a fast-paced office environment

Required

A Bachelor's degree, ideally in a writing- or communication-focused field
Previous experience in an Immigration Paralegal role (min. 3 years)
Exceptional writing and editing skills, particularly for complex legal support letters
(Writing sample required with application)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-assisted legal research tools
The ability to manage multiple high-volume priorities in a fast-paced environment
A professional, cooperative, flexible, and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Consistent attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the firm
Commitment to the firm's core values: integrity, respect, accountability, ingenuity, teamwork, inclusion, and engagement
Completion of a minimum of 1,400 billable hours annually
Willingness to work in-office during training, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule
